An introduction to the essentials of cake decorating
This course is for anyone who wants to learn all about the basics of cake decorating or maybe looking for a direction in your life.. We have incorporated many aspects of cake decoration within this course, so by the end, you will have a basic knowledge of:
covering cakes, crimping, modelling, piping, cake toppers and creating edible flowers
There are eight sessions to this course over a number of weeks and are either for 2.5hours or 5hours. There will be a maximum of only 6 people on the course and will be kept informal.
By the end of the course you will be provided with a portfolio of all your many designs to help you on your way together with a delicious cake to share with your friends and family.
The next courses are on the following dates
26th May ~ 2 sessions ~ 9.30am to noon and 1pm to 3.30pm
9th June ~ 2 sessions ~ 9.30am to noon and 1pm to 3.30pm
23rd June ~ 2 sessions ~ 9.30am to noon and 1pm to 3.30pm
7th July ~ 1 session ~ 9.30am to noon
14th July ~ 1 session ~ 9.30am to noon
The total cost for this exiciting new course is £200.00, but don't worry you do not have to pay this all up front. You only need to pay £100.00 by the 12th May and then the remaining £100.00 by the 23rd June. Payment can be made by either paypal, by cheque or monthly standing order..
