Modelling Course
We offer two types of modelling courses
The first course is modelling animals, insects and humans. You will sculpture a tree and with these basics you can then go on to create a scenery on any type of cake using your new found skills. With your human models you will learn how to make and dress your models as well as creating hair and painting features.
This is a 12 hour course over 4 classes:
Dates ~ March 3rd, March 24th, April 14th 2012 (4th week to be confirmed)

On the second modelling course, you will learn how to make three different themed cake toppers which you can use for a number of special occasions eg. Christening Cakes and special birthday cakes.
This is a 9 hour course split over 3 classes
Dates ~ January 13th. February 4th and 25th 2012
1.30pm to 4.30pm
